Meet the Founder & Designer of Young & Co. Design
Natasha Young has always believed in the importance of loving the space that surrounds you. Your mood and life is directly impacted as a result of how your space makes you feel, as well as how it functions. Having worked previously as Lead Designer at several award winning design firms, including the winner of Best of Boston 2022 for Kitchen Design, KitchenVisions LLC.Tasha (as her friends call her) decided it was time she created a studio built in her own vision and Young & Co Design was born.
She loves to weave the old with the new and relishes in the unexpected details in a home. Antique beams, unique lighting, secret storage and fun tiles are just some of the materials that can make all the difference. She creates livable and inviting spaces that reflect the unique personalities and lifestyles of her clients. Her goal is to design kitchens and bathrooms (and other spaces) that are warm, functional and filled with unexpected details that bring delight. She believes that a home should be a haven, a place where her clients feel comfortable and at ease. Tasha has a unique ability to see the potential of a space. She loves using rooms in unexpected ways to best meet the needs of her clients. She truly listens to her clients to designs spaces that both address each homeowners unique pain points but also to reflect their character. Her hope is that Y&Co Design can create special spaces for friends across the globe. And just a warning, she will become best friends with your dog. On a personal note, Tasha lives with her husband, 12 year old daughter and 2 dogs in a bucolic town in the suburbs of Boston. She loves spending time on the water, hiking, vintage hunting, gardening, woodworking, playing with her dogs, reading, and traveling the world. |
The "Co." in Young & Co. represents all my valuable partners in the industry. I have made so many valuable connections that make bringing my designs to life possible!

"The stuff that she does is pretty unique and sometimes it is a challenge back and forth in regards to how we can create and she is very receptive to bouncing ideas of each other. We love working with Tasha."

Mood Board Feature in Boston Home Magazine, Fall 2022
Tasha was invited as part of the team at KitchenVisions to put together a "mood board" of materials that inspire us when designing a home bar. We had a fierce working woman in mind, coming home after a long day of breaking the glass ceiling, She kicks off her shoes, pours herself a cocktail and thinks of what comes next... Our materials were a mix of textures and natural color tones with a bit of splash by adding the brass metal accents. Using a mix of items from local shops and my own vintage collection, our sexy bar themed palette are featured in both print and online. |
